General Requirements for Applicants:

* Derived from an accredited University with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4)
* Not to repeat the year to 26 years for D3, and 30 years for S1 on August 1, 2010
* Not married
* Able to be placed on a work unit in Sumatera, Bangka and the Riau Islands
